you know that God has called you...
You know that you have a God-given goal and purpose, but you're not exactly what that purpose is (let alone how you're going to go about accomplishing that God-given goal). You talk a good talk. You spend hours reading and researching how to pursue your God-given goals and purpose. You take the time to sit down and plan, but let's face it, you've been planning for quite some time now (months, maybe even years)! The problem is you're not taking any action. You call yourself a goal-oriented person and a purpose-driven woman, but deep down inside you feel like a fraud because you have nothing to show for all of your "talk."
But let's face it... you know there's a deeper problem at hand.
The truth is, you're afraid of your God-given purpose. You're overwhelmed of what it requires to pursue your God-given goals and purpose. Majority of the time, you don't even feel like you have the tools and resources to make it all happen. Then to top it off, you start comparing yourself to the next woman and her purpose and you start questioning your own. You start to covet and (subconsciously) imitate what God has called her to do, and before you know it, you've discounted your personal story, purpose, and testimony altogether.
But it's time to silence the enemy's lies. It's time to stop the self-sabotage and comparison.
It's time to take responsibility and fashion the life that God has called you to live.
Imagine this-- Imagine that you had clarity on your purpose. Imagine that you're content with the portion that God has given you. Imagine that you don't need to compare yourself to others because you're so focused on your own purpose and what God is calling you to do. Imagine that you had all the confidence, discipline, and the tools and resources needed to make your God-given goals happen.
This lifestyle doesn't have to be an imagination. You can make these things happen. You can achieve your God-given goals. You can pursue your God-given purpose. You can manifest your soul's desires. But what you can't do is continue to make excuses for the reasons why you are not where you want to be. It's time to take responsibility and most importantly, action. Stop believing the enemy's lies. Stop engaging in self-sabotaging behaviors. Stop planning and never putting action to those plans. In order to be successful, you must fashion your life according to God's purpose and plan. So silence the enemy's lies, learn how to think positively and on purpose, and equip yourself with the mindset, discipline, and tools needed to pursue your God-given goals and purpose.
Hey,girl, hey! My name is Janelle Brown, and I'm here to help you take your God-given goals and purpose to the next level.
See, I started like you-- I had a negative mindset and low-self esteem. I was unsure of my purpose, and I was so inconsistent when it came to pursuing my God-given goals. When I was in high school, I struggled with being inconsistent with my health, and in college I struggled with identifying my purpose and pursuing my God-given goals; but the good thing was that personal and spiritual development was always at the core of who I was.
Although, I struggled with negative thoughts, self-sabotaging and inconsistent behaviors, my thirst for personal and spiritual development enabled me to coach myself past my situations. It started in high school when I overcame self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors to lose 65 lbs, and the same thirst for personal and spiritual development led me to become consistent in this business and gain clarity in my God-given purpose. I had to learn how to silence the enemy and negative self-talk to live a purpose-driven life and pursue my God-given goals and dreams.
That's why I created Fearfully Fashioned-- to equip you with the tools, resources, and encouragement I wish I had when I initially pursued my God-given goals and purpose. Psalms 139:14, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well," is what served as the catalyst for my personal development journey, and serves as the foundation for Fearfully Fashioned. God has taken the time to fearfully fashion you in His image, He has also fashioned a fearfully and wonderfully made purpose for your life (Jeremiah 29:11).
